Truncation
1. Truncation *
To enlarge your hitlist, you can truncate words, using the root stem (4 characters minimum) and the (*).
For example:

will hit records containing words like augustinian, Augustin, Augustinus, etc...
2. Truncation _
You can truncate only the final letter, using the character «_», for example Droit_ will hit records including the words Droit, Droite, Droits.
3. Truncating authors' names
For authors' names,
- the search:
| |
will hit Siman, Simard, etc...
- the search:
| |
will hit: Poirier, Paul-Hubert, Poirier, Michel, etc...
Note that the default option of your search includes plurals with an "s" at the end of the word
